Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the nabaje website accessible at https://nabaje.biz and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and services operated under the nabaje brand.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any natural person who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform for the purpose of participating in games, betting, or any other service offered by nabaje.
• "Account" refers to the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process and identity verification as required by nabaje.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by the Player and held within the Account for use in placing bets or purchasing game rounds.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to any promotional credits, free spins value, or matched funds awarded by nabaje subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, game round, bonus credit, or balance adjustment recorded against a Player Account.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to the Platform is restricted or from which the Platform does not accept registrations, as determined by nabaje at its sole discretion.
• "BDT" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nabaje Platform, creating a Player Account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional event offered by nabaje, you confirm and warrant that:

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accepted the nabaje Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You have read and acknowledged the nabaje Responsible Gaming guidelines;
• All information you have provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are using the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and nabaje with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the nabaje Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during which you maintain a Player Account:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. 18+ nabaje operates exclusively as an adult platform. It is a criminal offence in many jurisdictions to allow minors to engage in gambling activity. If nabaje has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is under the age of 18, the Account will be immediately suspended, all funds will be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings realised during the period of underage use may be forfeited.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of nabaje is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or who are subject to legal restrictions that prevent them from entering into agreements of this nature are not permitted to use the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order or cooling-off period imposed either by nabaje or by any third-party responsible gambling programme that covers the nabaje Platform.
• Single Account: You may hold only one active Player Account on the nabaje Platform at any given time. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether in the same name, under a different name, or using different contact details, is strictly prohibited.

Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, or promotional offers on nabaje, you must first complete the registration process and create a verified Player Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate and truthful information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details.

You agree that you will not impersonate any other person, use a false identity, or provide information belonging to a third party during registration or at any subsequent point during account ownership. nabaje treats any misrepresentation of identity as a serious breach of these Terms and will act accordingly, including immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. nabaje will never request your password by email, live chat, or telephone. Any instruction purporting to come from nabaje asking you to disclose your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.

You must notify nabaje promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security affecting your login credentials. nabaje accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or have failed to notify nabaje in a timely manner.

Identity Verification

nabaje operates a know-your-customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity, age, and residential address of all Players. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at any stage of your relationship with the Platform, including at the point of registration, prior to processing a withdrawal request, following a significant change in account activity, or at any time that nabaje deems verification necessary.

Acceptable documents for identity verification include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card (NID), passport, driving licence, or other government-issued photographic identification document. Proof of address may be established by way of a recent utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent official document issued within the preceding three months.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity verification has been completed to nabaje's satisfaction. nabaje reserves the right to place a hold on Account balances, suspend withdrawal processing, or freeze an Account pending completion of the verification process. Players who are unable or unwilling to complete identity verification may have their accounts closed and their real-money balance returned via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to applicable checks.

All documentation submitted to nabaje for KYC purposes is handled in accordance with the nabaje Privacy Policy and is processed securely using SSL-encrypted transmission channels.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the nabaje Platform are denominated and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). nabaje supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance following successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your Account. nabaje does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which nabaje bears no responsibility.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification as described in Section 5. nabaje processes approved withdrawal requests as promptly as operationally possible. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically feasible. nabaje reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request above applicable threshold amounts.

Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings attributed to it. Real money balances are not affected by this forfeiture.

Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of any nabaje transaction is considered a breach of these Terms. nabaje reserves the right to suspend your Account, freeze your balance, and pursue recovery of any funds reversed by chargeback where it has reasonable grounds to believe the chargeback was made in bad faith.

Bonuses & Promotions

nabaje offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms will prevail.

General conditions applicable to all nabaje bonuses include:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
• Bonuses are credited in a designated Bonus Balance and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before a withdrawal can be requested. Different game types may contribute to wagering requirements at different rates, as specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• nabaje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not retroactively disadvantage Players who have already accepted and partially fulfilled the original bonus terms.
• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other Players, exploiting software errors, or placing opposing bets to guarantee a profit — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unclaimed or expired bonuses will be removed from the Account without compensation.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and game rounds initiated on nabaje are final once confirmed by the Platform. Players accept that the result of each game or bet is determined by the underlying game logic or sports event outcome, as applicable. nabaje does not intervene in game outcomes under any circumstances.

Casino games offered on nabaje, including slots, live dealer tables, and RNG table games, are supplied by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each studio operates its games under its own licensing and audit obligations. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are published by the respective studios and are available upon request.

Sports betting markets, including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, bilateral series), football, kabaddi, and other sports, are offered subject to the availability of live event data and odds provided by nabaje's trading team. nabaje reserves the right to suspend or void a market at any time where it has reason to believe that the integrity of the event or market has been compromised, that an error has occurred in the publication of odds, or that exceptional circumstances prevent fair settlement.

In-play betting is available on selected markets. Bets placed during live events are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. nabaje operates a strict no-late-bet policy; any bet submitted after the relevant event or market has closed will be voided automatically.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and game types. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. nabaje reserves the right to adjust limits for individual Accounts where it deems this necessary for risk management purposes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the nabaje Platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting of the relevant conduct to appropriate authorities where legally required:

• Registering or maintaining more than one Player Account on the Platform;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Allowing a third party to access or operate your Account on your behalf;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or coordinated betting activity with other Players;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accrued as a result of exploiting a technical error will be voided;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraudulent payment activity, or any other financially criminal behaviour using the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction while misrepresenting your location through the use of a VPN, proxy, or similar technology;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct towards nabaje staff, other Players, or any third party connected with the Platform;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract proprietary data, code, or content from the Platform.

Intellectual Property

All content published on the nabaje Platform, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphic design, user interface, software, game content supplied by licensed studios, text, imagery, and data structures, is the property of nabaje or its respective third-party licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of nabaje or the relevant rights holder.

The nabaje brand name and logo are proprietary identifiers. Any unauthorised use of these marks in connection with gambling, gaming, financial services, or any other commercial activity is strictly prohibited and may give rise to legal action.

Privacy & Data

nabaje collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering a Player Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, fraud prevention, transaction processing, and customer support.

nabaje does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nabaje shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its services;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned;
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in game results, odds, or account balance displays that are subsequently corrected;
• Unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials;
• Losses resulting from bets placed or game rounds initiated that you did not intend to place due to user error;
• Any third-party conduct, including payment provider failures, network outages, or force majeure events beyond nabaje's reasonable control.

nabaje's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit nabaje's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by nabaje's own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Suspension & Termination

nabaje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information at registration or during subsequent verification;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or abusive purposes;
• The Account is subject to a chargeback, payment dispute, or financial crime investigation;
• Continued operation of the Account would expose nabaje to regulatory, legal, or reputational risk;
• The Player has failed to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than Player-initiated breach, nabaje will return the verified real-money balance to the Player via the most recent deposit method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC or anti-money-laundering checks.

You may request closure of your Player Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests made for responsible gaming reasons, including self-exclusion, will be processed as a priority and the Account will be closed or restricted within one business day of the request being received and confirmed.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account, a transaction, a game result, or any other aspect of your experience on nabaje, you should first contact the nabaje customer support team at [email protected] with a detailed description of the issue. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within one business day and endeavour to resolve it within five business days of receipt.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the initial support response, you may escalate your complaint by requesting that it be reviewed by the nabaje Disputes Team. Escalated complaints will receive a formal written response within ten business days.

nabaje's decision on disputes relating to game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions shall be final and binding where such decisions are made in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. Game result disputes are assessed using server-side log data, which constitutes the definitive record of all game activity.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the nabaje internal complaints process may be referred to the appropriate legal jurisdiction by either party.

Amendments

nabaje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature — for example, changes that affect your rights, obligations, or the financial terms of your Account — nabaje will endeavour to provide advance notice via email to your registered address or via a prominent notice on the Platform homepage.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the change. The most recent version of these Terms is always available at https://nabaje.biz/terms-conditions and is marked with the relevant effective date.
