nabaje operates a know-your-customer (KYC) verification process in order to confirm the identity, age, and residential address of all Players. Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider in respect of any nabaje transaction is considered a breach of these Terms. nabaje reserves the right to suspend your Account, freeze your balance, and pursue recovery of any funds reversed by chargeback where it has reasonable grounds to believe the chargeback was made in bad faith.
